The very first McDonald’s restaurant in Kiev was opened 20 years ago. The company organizes annual congresses for employees to discuss the success of the previous year and plans for the future. McDonald’s had decided to approach the event differently this time and thus showed that the company is undergoing strategic and business changes.
We offered a new presentation format where individuality was the key feature. Hand-drawn graphics and inscriptions, informal infographics. That’s how we managed to demonstrate that McDonald’s is changing due to the people. McDonald’s is about an individual approach, not a cliched corporativity.
We helped McDonald’s show itself as a modern company open for innovations for the first time in 20 years in Ukraine.
